4. Payment Terms

5. Project Delays

Delays caused by the Client, including but not limited to late payments, provision of incomplete or inaccurate content, or delayed feedback, may result in project timeline adjustments and additional costs.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final web development project. Any third-party assets or software used in the project may be subject to their respective licenses and terms.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information, including but not limited to intellectual property, business strategies, and sensitive data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. Termination may result in fees for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Liability

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

12. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all prior agreements, written or oral.

Any changes or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
